If an order cannot be fulfilled, canceled, or materially delayed, any refund rights will be governed by applicable law and our posted policies. FTC guidance states that sellers must ship within the time stated in their ads or, if no time is stated, within 30 days, and if they cannot ship as promised they must provide a delay notice and certain refund options.
