At Aerea, we want customers to feel confident shopping through our marketplace. Because many products on our website are fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party vendors, returns and refunds may be reviewed and processed in coordination with the vendor responsible for the order.

1. General Return Window

As a result, return requests, return approvals, replacement decisions, and certain refund outcomes may be handled by the applicable vendor in accordance with this policy and any product-specific terms disclosed on the website.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law or otherwise stated, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will review the issue with the applicable vendor and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund. If a seller cannot ship the merchandise as promised and cannot fulfill the order, federal guidance requires a prompt refund.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused or may delay processing.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to damage, defect, incorrect shipment, or another error attributable to Aerea or the vendor, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to an error on our side or the vendor’s side.
Any restocking fee, if applicable, will be disclosed on the relevant product page or at the time the return is approved. FTC guidance specifically recommends disclosing who pays return shipping and whether any restocking fee applies.
7. Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and your financial institution.
If only part of an order is returned, only the approved returned item or items will be refunded.
8. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If an exchange is available, it may be offered at our discretion or through the applicable vendor. In many cases, the fastest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Because many orders are routed quickly to third-party vendors for fulfillment, we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order is placed.
If an order cannot be fulfilled or shipped, it will be canceled and refunded. Under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if a seller learns it cannot ship on time and will be unable to ship, it must promptly cancel and issue a full refund.
